As part of SPOTIO’s initiative to embrace AI-driven solutions, I led the UX design for a suite of AI-powered features aimed at boosting productivity, streamlining workflows, and enhancing sales efficiency. These innovations included:
AI Chat Assistant: Provided real-time, context-aware guidance with company-specific customization.
AI Summarization: Delivered instant, concise insights from record histories to reduce manual effort.

Main Goal
Recognizing the growing demand for AI-enhanced usability and automation, SPOTIO took a bold step to introduce multiple AI-powered features that would significantly improve user experience and efficiency. My role was to define and design intuitive UX solutions that seamlessly integrated these AI functionalities into SPOTIO’s existing platform.
