Routing Enhancements
As Lead Product Designer, I led a cross-functional initiative to streamline complex routing workflows in our field sales platform. Through user research, journey mapping, and rapid prototyping, we uncovered major usability gaps—reducing a 13-step task to a more intuitive, efficient experience. This case study highlights how we improved route planning, surfaced smarter suggestions, and integrated bulk actions to boost productivity for in-field sales reps.
